At Evalu, we aim to provide high-quality programming education and a smooth learning experience for all students. If you are not satisfied with your enrollment, this Refund Policy explains how refunds work and what conditions apply.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is submitted within the first 7 days after your course start date.

  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course materials or sessions.

  • Your payment was successfully processed through Stripe.

Refunds requested after the 7-day period cannot be issued.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us at info@evalu.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Course name

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

  • Reason for requesting a refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • Using the same payment method used during enrollment

  • Within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Evalu is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be provided if:

  • You submitted the request after the refund period

  • You completed a significant portion of the course

  • You violated our Terms & Conditions or platform rules

  • You received a certificate for the program

  • You used coupon codes or discounts that are marked as non-refundable

5. Course Transfers Instead of Refunds

If you decide the program is not right for you, we may allow you to:

  • Transfer to another Evalu course

  • Switch to a different upcoming group

  • Pause your learning and resume later (depending on availability)

Transfer options depend on schedule and seat availability.

6. Issues with Payments

If a payment error or duplicate charge occurs, please contact us at info@evalu.com.
We will work with Stripe to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
