Job Description:
We’re looking for a talented Front-End Developer to help us build fast, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for the Evalu learning platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create responsive, modern web experiences that support thousands of students learning programming every day. You will be responsible for implementing UI components, improving performance, and ensuring a smooth, intuitive user journey across all pages and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance components
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and dynamic content
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Maintain code quality through clean, well-structured development practices
Troubleshoot bugs and improve overall user experience
Stay updated on front-end trends and suggest improvements to the platform
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with frameworks/libraries like React, Vue, or Angular (React preferred)
Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and how to integrate them
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
Experience working in ed-tech or building dashboards/platforms
